cIDEE

cIDEE is a free C and ANSI C programming environment designed to satisfy the pedagogical requirements of first-year C and ANSI C computer science and computer engineering courses.

IDEE functions as a wrapper around the open source MinGW compiler and Notepad text editor tools. Like those tools, cIDEE runs on Windows® operating systems and is released under a GNU General Public License.
